Bottle at Barrow Street Ale House. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice pine with a bit of onion and some grass coming through. Flavor has a nice pine bite, light onion and supported by grass and grains.

355ml bottle from Stop & Shop, sipped on our motel balcony in Bar Harbo, Maine. Clear gold appearance, medium-sized white head. Caramel malt aroma. Taste presents a pleasant fruity character along a marmalade theme, good caramelised malt body, nice bitter close. Decent sipper.

My 12 oz bottle of Perpetual came from my Troegs connection at Half Time, always appreciated. I'm using a chalice this evening to taste from, a continuation from a previous beer. The appearance is a clear, sparkling gold body and a thin, completely white skim that gets considerable assistance from the carbonation. I detect plenty of pine, yellow fruit and white bread. Time for the drink, hops up front with a touch of honey, orange peel, crackers and dryness, all with a moderate bitterness. A straight shooter IPA.
