A dry kettle sour with cranberries for a lip smacking tartness and oats and wheat for a full body.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - cloudy orange. Nice colour. Lovely fluffy head. Nose - cranberry but first thing I got was carrots. Taste - cranberry and carrot juice. Palate - light bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - like some sort of crazy health drink that some people think is a good idea in January. Not as sour as I’d hoped. Disappointing for one of Britain’s best brewers.
