Bottle from Deeside Drinks Emporium. It pours clear pale gold with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, straw, grass, cracker, white bread and cereal. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, grassy, straw, cracker, dull spice and lemon rind with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Easy-going chuggable lagerbier.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma of grass, herbs and wheat. Flavour of grass, earthy hops and citrus. Thin to medium body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Clean and crisp.

On keg at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden with a decent thin head. Steady bubbles. Nose - lemon and lime. Light spice. Some corn. Taste - citrus still there and comes through more than the usual corn notes. Palate - light bodied. Creamy texture. Long dry finish. Overall - a fruitier than expected pils.
