Canned 10/25/23, drunk 11/22/23. Clear, dark amber. Dark beige head immediately to ring. Welp, that's beautiful. Perfect mix of bourbon spice and rich toffee. Such a fantastic recipe. Toffee, vanilla, red fruit, great acidity. So much aroma and balance with nothing harsh or sugary. Soft, sweet, spicy, with rich toffee and a bit of red fruit and light earthiness. Great balance, medium-full body, somehow not syrupy or too sweet. Great acidity. There's a reason why $75 12oz 4 packs of the VS version of this sell out same day.

Malmö October tasting at Palace Hall (14/10/2023) - (2022 vintage) toasted sweet malty with layers of caramel and toffee, dried fruit shred, full body, brown sugar, vanilla and bourbon coalesce into the sweet malty finish. Gorgeous.
