Cask handpull at Tap East Stratford. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Crystal malt aroma then an earthy taste in the mouth with a spicy finish. Very malty spicy Pretty weird. Interesting though.

Keg from the Electric Bear Brewery Tap, Bath Friday 22nd April 2016 Mill pond aroma, I know that I am probably unique in describing a beer in such a way and yet also feeling that it is a positive trait, but it is. Hazy yellow in colour a mid sized white head atop. Nice little buzz across tI he roof of the mouth. A bit of soft grapefruit, I like it. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov15 3.7

Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The aroma holds pale malts, light citrusy hops, subtle pine, hay. Light-medium sweet flavour with ripening citrus, more pale bread, light grassy bitterness, melon, tangerine. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Nicely balanced on the finish, with more piney bitterness, slight grass, lightly grainy pale bread, orange peel. Good and drinkable cask APA.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Pine, earthy notes and hints of citrus in the aroma. Lemon, earthy hops and faint hints of grapefruit in the taste. From the deScription I was expecting it to be a lot more punchy and zesty but it seems to me like the American hops were used rather sparingly, depending on the varieties used of course. Not bad in any way but I feel that the deScription does not match the end product.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2016) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, rye bread, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nice tasty brew.
