On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy orange colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Aroma of oranges, grapefruit and pine needles. Medium sweet flavour with plenty of citrus fruit and pine needles throughout. Bitter finish as expected, but not extreme for an imperial IPA. Warming throatfeel.

Tap at Clyde Common in Portland. Clear copper pour. Floral but deeply resinous hop aroma. Taste is rich floral resin hops - bigger maltier than an SD-style IPA but in a similar vein. Delicious. Rich palate with good carbonation. Really great DIPA.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Victoriagade. Pours golden with a small offwhite head that doesnät leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty and fruity with biscuits, grapefruit juice, mango, papaya, freshly cut grass, pine needles and elmon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, tiny malty and fruity. Mouthfeel ie round, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with biscuits, grapefruit, mango, payaya, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon zest and hints of butter. Fair but unspectacular...

Rich and fresh flavours of peach, pineapple, pine and apricot. Smooth fruity bitterness to the finish. Mouth filling. Well-crafted version of the style (Copenhagen 30.04.2015).
