Calderdale Beer Festival 2017. Very dark ale. It has a slightly mellowed roasted malt character.

Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours black, nose is chocolate, coffee, liquorice, taste is sweet, chewy, liquorice, chocolate.

Cask @ Crowd of Favours, Leeds. Black with a small off-white head. Has a very light roasted malt aroma and taste for a stout with a relatively easy drinking texture.
