Pours cloudy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of caramel, pine, fruity hops and spices. Taste is medium to heavy bitter and light sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

bottle at home ... little hazy ... maybe 24h wasnt long enough to let it settle ... brown ... thin off white head ... sweet pineapple ... light pine ... little grapefruit ... little overfizzy ... littlesmokey up front ... quite resiny ... quite odd ... quite caramelly...

Pours deep amber with a small head.Nose shows loads of piney resin and marmalade along with masses of caramel and toasty malt.Very similar flavours, very sweet with loads of caramel and piney resin. An assertive bitterness does a good job of keeping the malt in check.Carbonation could be a bit higher. Very slick mouthfeel.

Tap@Fairbar. Light golden with small white head. Aroma is sweet fruit, caramel, citrus and pne. Taste is bitter but very well balanced with the sweeter malts, caramel. Nice medium body, very delightfull and easy drinkabillity.

Bottle. Hazy amber with a thick beige head that sticks around but doesn’t leave much in the way of lacing. Aroma of caramel, stone fruits, pine, grapefruit and blossoms. Full body is mouthfilling but graceful. Taste has lots of fruit (stone fruit, grapes, lychees) mingled with caramel and rye. Bitterness is quite big with lingering pine and grapefruit. Nicely integrated flavours - it’s hoppy all right, but it has the malt too back it up without becoming too sweet. Terrific. I could drink too much of this very quickly. The fruits are still there and the mouthfeel is smooth, but this lacks the charm of the bottle. The rye is much stronger and the resinous hops are getting towards harsh. Det kan bli för mycket. Inte lika tuff som I hardcore you, men nästan. Riktigt tjock humlejuice med granskottskådig beska, unkigt blommig doft och den där tonen av rått kött som indikerar att det blivit lite för mycket.

Draught at KØ10. Distinct grassy aroma, a little sweet. Hazy amber colour. Very small white head. The flavour is a lot like the aroma, grassy and hoppy. High bitterness. Also some caramelly hop.

6th May 2010. Copenhagen Beer Festival. Clear dark amber beer. Good creamy head. Piney grapefruit nose. Smooth soft palate, a little dry. Good toffee malt base for fresh hops - piney and grapefruit. Not bitter! Nice fresh hoppy beer.
