We've taken the traditional wheat beer concept and absolutely smashed it head-first through a table of hops, pummelling it with apricot and melon punches until it has no choice but to succumb to the soft fruity aromatic 3-count we've inflicted upon it (it's named after a wrestling move).

On keg at Shilling. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Nice fluffy head. Nose - banana and light sweet spice. Chantilly cream note. The merest hint of toffee. Taste - loads of creamy banana again. A touch of nutmeg and some bread. General pudding notes. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - this was pretty authentic I thought.

Keg at Shilling. It pours lightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, fresh lemon, banana, flump, bread, cracker and nougat. The taste is crisp, soft, mellow sweetness, banana candy, straw, grass, white pepper, clove rock with a smooth finish. Medium body andsoft, yet prickly carbonation. Perhaps a touch sweet, but drinks very easy. Decent.
