Birra speciale blanche, non filtrata, non pastorizzata, con coriandolo, sambuco e tarassaco. I recordi, i destrani. Puece robe ma bone senza tante cagnare, en zi per zugiar coi saori! Biava (avena), denti en ciagn (tarassaco), sambuc (sambuco) e la bira l’è fata!

Hazy blond color, fizzy, frothy, very poor head retention. Light aroma, rubbery, a bit flowery. Semi-dry mouthfeel, a tiny bit of wheat/oats flavor, no character from the yeast, no bitterness, hence almost sweet.
Like a French Blanche (not good).

Bottle 0,75l from shop with regional products in Moena. Interesting oats-based ale with coriander seeds, elderflowers and dandelion roots. Very nice, sweet aroma of elderflowers, some yeast, malt, pears and wooden barrel. Color is pale yellow and opaque when sediment is roused. Very low carbonation. Flavor is complex, rich, sweet, tones of elderflowers, coriander, oats, yeast, wooden barrel. Aftertaste is bitter, little sour. Great ale, aromatic, sweet, pleasant.
