Growler fill. Big fat litre of it. Turner’s, Sheffield. As Kernel Pale Ale Citra Amarillo. Hazed, pale gold. Kernel head. Aroma of white grapefruit. Orange peel. Soft spice. Some light, sweet berry notes. Hints of green leaf. Taste is soft, clean, mineraly bitter. Some earthiness. Lovely mouthfeel. Light, pithy and bright. Perfect carbonation. Bitter finish, with a herbal, spicy linger. The aroma is a bit muted, maybe, but this is super easy drinking.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a hazy yellow with a white and lacing head - comes as a slow but steady gusher. Discreet citrusy aroma. Light body with a dry fruitiness, a very lively and bubbly carbonation. Hops come dry and piney, quite some grapefruit here. Not overly bitter though. 221112
