This is our first attempt at a pilsner. We never attempted this style as homebrewers. It is generously hopped, and as with all of our beers, it is unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, citrus och gräs med vissa inslag av parfym. Skum så det blir över, lagom sötma, lätt kropp, något spretig, lätt beska.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a small, white head. Messy nose, tart, vegetables. Medium body, some sweet malts, little sulphur and a bitter finish. The nose is the worst part. 040117

Bottle. A hoppy "modern" lager. Crisp. A bit too sweet and thin. All the hops makes it bit one dimensional.

Keg at salthorse. Pours hazy golden, nose is sweet toffee, floral, taste is dry, toffee , sweet.

How: Bottle.
Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Spices, grass, malt, perfume.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Perfume, malt, hops, some grass. All put together in some weird way that just doesn’t work. Drainpour.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy bitter finish.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours clear golden. Malty and modern hopped lager but heavier than most brews, drinkable.
