A Sorachi Ace hopped British best bitter. Sorachi is a bit of a Marmite hop, people love it or hate it – but we love how it works in this traditional English beer style. Chocolate, caramel and toffee are the most notable flavours, as you’d expect. However, the beer finishes with lots of red berries and subtle citrus, including orange, which is down to the Sorachi additions.
