Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Martin tasting. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 221125

Solid and fine stout.
Not to sweet and a smooth fine texture
Also an ok complexity.
Dark malt, roast, fruity, some coffee and chocolate

Cask at Tamworth Beer Fest. Cola brown. No head. Aroma has coffee and berry. Favour: Tangy. Coffee. Creosote. Medium bodied
Slick to oily. Average-soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Decent.

Gravity cask at the 31st Tamworth Beer Festival, Assembly Rooms Tamworth, day 2 - 05/09/2025.
Extremely dark mahogany brown to light black topped with a khaki head that clear to a swirl.
Nose is chocolate shavings, roast malts, spice, dried fruit rinds.
Taste comprises cocoa powder, raisins, earthy roast, charr, fruit cake.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Solid cask stout.
