Bottle. Dark amber in color. Medium, very light tan hear. Taste was kindof weird. But it was still good.

Draft @ Titanic Brewing. Pours cola brown color with light tan head. Dark fruit aroma with cinnamon and molasses. Sweet molasses and plum flavors with lots of cinnamon. Medium body with average carbonation. Too much cinnamon for my liking.

bottle - Pours dark amber with a small, rapidly fading head. It has a spicy aroma and a sweet, malty flavor with cinnamon. It’s medium bodied and overall an okay but unremarkable brew.

12oz bottle. Attractive ruby-amber body. Thin, eventually oily off-white head. Big spiced aroma. A pretty spot on cinnamon forward winter beer. big and sugary, but also has some really rich malt tones. A solid, hefty Winter Ale. Classic, clean stuff.

Bottle. Strong diacetyl aroma... smells like buttered popcorn. Clear chestnut with a small off-white head. Just as in the nose, huge diacetyl flavor. Got some issues here.

This ale poured a cloudy deep amber colour with a quickly disipating, light tan coloured head. To the nose there are scents of ripe fruit, cider, apple pie, plastic and brown sugar. Quite complex bouquet. First sip was very carbonated with flavours of apple pie with cinnamon. This beer is literally apple pie in beer form. Medium bitter finish with cinnamon lingering on the pallet.

Bottle. Cinnamon/pepper and malt aroma. Amber color with small head. Sweet light brown sugar, cinnamon and malt flavor. Balance is off. Too much spice and not enough malt.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a deep amber hue with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet caramel and spices. The flavor is a nice spicy cake flavor with caramel, toffee, loads of spices, pumpkin pie, easygoing. I like this beer, it really puts you into a Thanksgiving-Christmas mode. Easy to drink and not over the top in any aspect.
