08.09.2021 - 0.33l bottle in vienna. pours a clear deep golden. aroma of sweet malts, chocolate, toffee. flavour of chocolate, raisins, caramel. dessert beer, very sweet.

Translucent sherry coloured body. Boozy, malt & caramel aroma. Chocolate, caramel, toffee, sherry & stewed fruit tastes. Outstanding!

33 cl bottle poured into a Snifter. Vintage 2020. Clear, dark copper colour with a fast fading off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, blue cheese, a hint of liqourice, overripe red berries, bread and alcohol dense notes. Taste is sweet. Full body with an oily texture. Lasting sweet finish with lingering overripe fruits and blue cheese. Very strong and intense Bock. A good experience

Bottle from Geers. Clear deep amber colour, thin layer of white foam. Nose of raisins, caramel, toffee, dried fruit. Taste is very sweet, candied fruit, vanilla. Alcoholic finish.

Old bottle @home, gift from ippopotamo36 (thank you Alberto!). Color miele di castagno, velata, schiuma avorio/giallina leggera. Al naso note di caramello, vaniglia, toffee, uvetta, canditi, pan di spagna bagnato, ossidazione. In bocca è dolce, non bilanciatissima, con nota ossidata che pian piano emerge ad arrotondare un po'. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Cresce un po' alla distanza, ma risulta un po' troppo sgraziata.

bottiglia 33 cl, 2020 ed., schiuma beige fine media persistenza, colore ambrato carico limpido, al naso intenso miele malto tostato zucchero di canna prugne secche, in bocca é cremosa piena caramello su tutto poi frutta sciroppata uvetta sotto spirito spezie vino passito, corpo strutturato, 14% vol. ti rovinano , carbonazione piatta, oily, molto dolce con amaro moderato. Nonostante il tenore alcolico non ti stanca. Da sorseggiare sul divano con mooolta calma. Eccezionale. c. Fatti una Birra 11.12.20
