Bright and effervescent, in true lager form. Not overly hopped, there is still a strength to the spicey aroma and flavor provided by the three hop varieties with which this lager is brewed. The robustness of the hops is matched by a strong grain bill, to give a full round mouthfeel.

Cask at The Bandstand Bar Beer Fest 2015. It pours lightly hazy golden with a small, fine white head. The nose is fresh, doughy, grass, light spice, grain, cereal and cracker. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, grassy bitterness, straw, hay, light pepper, lemon rind and a touch of sweet cracker with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well-rounded and very refreshing. A very good first brew.
