Typisk altbierdoft. Mycket bröd, blommig, rejäl maltkropp och bra humlebeska. Fin balans, lättdrucken.

Draught at Ørsted. Poured a murky dark orange-brown body. Light nose, maybe some hopiness and definitely some carrot. Sweetish but hop-dominated taste, but carrot pops up again and ruins it for me. Two pretty great places meet but the end result, for me, isn’t all that thrilling. Maybe the batch just isn’t all that great. Ah, well, I really loved every Amager beer I’ve had before and after this one, there had to be one like this :).

(Draught at Örsted Ölbar, Copenhagen, 19 june 2010) Cloudy amber colour with brief, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of orange peel and toasty malt. Fruity, malty taste with caramel, orange, slightly toasty malt and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Decent and drinkable beer. (English style kölsch? What the heck is that?)
