From Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Day 19 on my advent calendar. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is slight medicinal, floral and fruity. Taste is a bit like metallic sweet tea. A touch to sweet perhaps.

Keg at fynefest. Pours pale golden, nose is herbal, green tea, varnish, taste is similar, dry, odd.

On tap at Fyne Fest’, Achadunan, Cairndow, Argyll and Bute, Scotland, Friday and Saturday 12th & 13tg June 2015 Clear gold, good clarity, minty in mouth. Soft in the mouth, spicy, really spicy, like a spicy, beery mouthwash (like it though) Despite how I reviewed this I actually rather like it. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

330ml bottle from Turners Craft Beer, Abbeydale - Clear golden body, thin lasting white head. Nose is weird as fuck. Can’t figure it. Is that what green tea smells like? If it is, I don’t like the smell of green tea, Too flowery, too chemical. Palate is great, but the taste carries on with the weird shit. Ralgex Garrold? Yep, been there, tastes like liquid wintergreen. Like I said - weird as fuck. Not a drainpour mind you.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aromas of butterscotch, biscuit, dung. Taste is weird. Bad mix of flavours. Green tea floats on the top of a buttery mess. Was expecting something better.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with a decent but thin head. Nose - massive butterscotch. Not much else can get through. Taste - more of the same really. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly sickly finish. Overall - not how the brewer intended.

Keg @ Black Swan, Leeds. A slightly paler golden coloured ale with a carbonation and a creamy head. It has an almost medicinal sugary sweet bubbly-gum aroma and taste. Quite crisp.

Bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Clear gold. Film of white head. Sweet, and grainy. Light peach. Some spice. And then I’m immediately transported back to my powerlifting past. Ralgex! Sweat, as well! Drinks sweet, spicy, and slick. Finishes spicy, and sweet. Really not for me, this one.

Keg at Craft 100. It pours clear a gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, grainy, straw, biscuit, cereal....and not much else. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, grainy, straw, cereal, earth and pithy citrus with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not completely sold on this one. OK.
