Dit bier komt uit de hoge hoed van Joris Hoebe. Met het project Hemelswater probeert hij moderne toepassingen te verzinnen voor overtollig stedelijk regenwater, met als eerste resultaat: BIER! Het water komt van twee daken aan de Wibautstraat in Amsterdam, het bier komt uit de ketels van De Prael. Deze eerste HW-versie is licht zoet en fruitig, maar kan toch het beste omschreven worden als bitter blond bier. De droge en licht minerale smaak zorgt ervoor dat dit bier zich onderscheidt van de rest van bierland; een echt bijzonder allereerste Regenbier.

On tap at Hesp. Murky golden colour, white head. Aroma of leaves, malts, a bit homebrew-y. Flavour is light bitter, light citrus, leafy, malty, yeasty, meh.. Light bodied.

Amsterdam Pubcrawl 2016, @Hesp, van tap. wazig geel/gouden met witte kraag. aroma is fruitig, en bevat een licht zuurtje. Smaken zijn zacht, glad, zuurtje, floraal, boterig, zacht moutig, stro, gras, zwak bitter, normale co2.

Bottle shared / fun label. Very hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of malt, citrus, light herbal notes, a touch spicy even, light yeast and light fruit. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation. [22-08-2016]
