Low ABV pale ale made with bags of Amarillo and Simcoe hops for a big fruity flavour and exciting bitterness.
Malt : Pale Ale, Oat Malt, Rye. Hops : Columbus, Simcoe, Amarillo.

On cask at the Bow Bar winter beer festival. Appearance - golden with a slight haze and a nice head. Nose - fresh pine and grapefruit notes. Taste - loads of grapefruit. Palate - light to medium bodied with a fairly good texture and a long dry finish. Overall - for my taste this is a bit too bitter. However it’s very impressive how they’ve managed to make 3.1% tasty.
