As Josefs Kellerbier, brewed for tegut (thanks Morko for sharing!). Poured a golden body with a lasting white head. Fruity nose, bit sweaty, but ok. Fine grainy taste, ending in light tartness and a short peppery hoppy note. Bit sweaty again. Interesting.

11/10/2011 0.5l bottle @ home - BB: 14/12/11 (2011-555) Thanks to Vince for the bottle!
Little cloudy yellow beer, irregular small white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, honey, bubble gum, spices (liquorice), very ripe fruits. MF: very little carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sour start, like sour apples, then sweet malts, some honey, banana, little bitter. Aftertaste: citrus touch, green apple skin, very soft bitterness. Maybe it's the ageing, but I really liked this brew!

Bottle, 4.8%. Hazy orange colour with small floaties. Not much aroma, perhaps a little sweet bread. The flavour is mild, has a hint of bread, some yeast, faint note of green apples. Weak grain citrus note in the finish.

Bottle, big thanks to MoritzF!
Hayish aroma, with some clay notes. Cloudy yellow, big foamy lacing off-white head. Relatively light body, heather honeyish and strawlike malt flavor, toffee , fruity minerally finish. Refreshing.

(swing top bottle) Hazy golden colour with a fluffy and slowly lacing foamy white head. Dusty and slightly sweet malty aroma with wet straw and a touch of sourdough. Bittersweet flavour, light bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Malty and yeasty taste; dry, light-bitter, slightly hopped finish. A bit slim but still ok, although the other Josefsheim brews are more impressive.
