Strong blackberries, currants and cherries are accentuated in the flavor and the aroma very nicely

Sample at Kurtkeller 006: Cascade-tastic 01 on 02/21/2014. Dark amber-mahogany color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Aroma of cherry, oak and yeast. Medium body with flavors of tart cherry, oak and doughy malt. The finish is tart and oaky with a lingering cherry aftertaste. Good Sour overall.
