Cask at Drygate. It pours clear amber with a decent white head. The nose is grainy, honey, stewed orange, apricot and dough. The taste is crisp, light bitter, grainy, straw, lemon pith and pepper with a refreshingly dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Thirst quenching stuff. A good example of the style.

4.6abv... Cask at the vintage... Golden glowing amber... Thick white head... Grassy hay lime nose... Sweet apricot fruit... Soft toffee.. Soft sweet malt.. Light bitter hay linger
