(Draught at Café Briljant, Haarlem, 27 Aug 2015) Amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, orange peel, grapefruit and some resin. Malty, hoppy taste with orange peel, grapefruit, dried apricots, resin, caramel and a generous citric, resiny bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made IIPA with a solid hop presence and lots of malt to back it up. Very nice.

0.33 l bottle from Firma Bier, bottled in july 2015. Clear, golden orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Intense, fruity-resiny aroma of mango, grapefruit, pine, honey and tangerine. Sweetish, fruity-resiny taste of pine, mango, papaya, honey and grapefruit, followed by a medium bitter, resiny and grapefruity finish. Medium to full body, creamy and almost sticky mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Malt-accented DIPA with a balancing, fruity bitterness. Taste is simply delicious and the beer as a whole is absolutely round. Very good!

Bottle 330ml (Firmabier)
Amber-orange color, small steady white head. Sweetish orange marmalade aroma. Medium-bodied. Orange jam, apricot, gooseberries, citrus, piney hoppyness in the flavor. A bit alcoholic too. Sweet fruity DIPA with quite interesting hop combination (Zythos, Kasbek, Centennial).
