500ml bottle from BeerGB. Gluten Free. Amber colour, off-white foam head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of malt, yeast, wood. Taste is malty, caramel, fruity, with roasty hint, some wood, yeast and earthy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Rheged. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - toffee, brown bread and just a hint of red fruits. Taste - brown bread, light spice and a touch of caramel. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. Overall - a decent bitter. Would buy another.

Bottle from Czerwik, Brighouse. Amber with a small head. Has a fruity-floral mix, with more of the former in its nose, and the latter better stated in its taste. There’s a small bitterness to the ale too.
