[On tap at Whiskey Park, Naples, FL.] A bright amber pour with a thick cream coloured head; malty aroma; sweet malty taste with some caramel and a light bitterness with a little spice to finish. A straightforward American-style amber ale.

Pours amber with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet untasted malt. Taste is light and sweet, molasses influence is easily apparent. Palate is much the same, slight hop notes on the back of the tongue. Easily drinkable, light.

Yardbird: pretty much as expected. This is a light amber ale without too much going for it. Meh. Is what it is. Malty, caramel... in small amounts.

Aroma of soft grain and vague hops. Clear light body, no head. Flavour is a soft sweet malt with subdued hoppy kick. Good oiliness on the mouth. Not bad, but a rather average ale.

12 oz bottle at Margaritaville in Key West, Florida. The pour is clear ruby golden with not much of an off white head. The aroma is a touch of caramel malt, and not much else. The taste is very mild sweetish malt, caramel and toffee, and a hint of grass floral towards the back, which is very faint. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and a non-descript finish. Fine, but boring.

Enjoyed from bottle at Morada Bay while eating in Islamorada FL. I didn’t take tasting notes, but this was just an average amber ale, nothing tropical about it.

Pours a dark amber from a tap. Slightly hoppy, more bitter than floral. A little unbalanced and watery. Meh.
