Bottle at home. Clear golden with short lasting white head. Apricot, peach skins, hay, dry cardboard/woody, herbs de Provence. Taste starts herbal bitter after which a medium sweetness takes over, finishes light bitter again. Light bodied with low carbonation and some dry cardbourd feel. Quite unusual, but not bad.

Light haze on this gold beer, tidy white head. Smooth palate but with fine carbonation on the back end. Thin malts are semi sweet and mildly bready and have mild lager character. Modest ripe orange and a little floralness. Mellow bitterness before a smooth semi dry finish. Smooth lager, actually could be a bit crisper.

Bottle at home picked up from Watford M&S. Aroma is nice clean and fresh berry fruits, friutella, earthy edge, and some sweet honey like grains. Clear golden / light orange colourd pour with a thin lasting white head. Flavour is is nice clean drinking beer, sweet light nutty / honey malts, berry, hedgerow hop. Palate is clean semi-sweet, moderate carbonation, Drinks pretty good.

Bottle. Clear orange body with no head. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of lemony hops, grass and earth. Flavour of grain, herbs, grapefruit and sawdust. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Nice fizz. Simple, decent.

Thanks. 330 ml. bottle @ home. Split by 2. The hop profile is mild but surprisingly good but I didn’t care for the base beer. Vegetable oil & what I think is DMS. Dark amber, little white head. Nose is oily, cabbage with pine resin hop slightly dominating, grass, cornflakes,… Taste is orange peel, pine resin mellow with vegetable oil, DMS?, cornflakes, oily, sweetish,… Very oily body. Enjoyable still thanks to the good hop profile but the base beer should be way better than this. This is almost like a slightly better pale lager with some hops.

33cl bottle from M&S Wokingham. A clear straw colour with a loose white head; grassy hop aroma; quite full grainy body; and a slightly sour grassy bitterness giving a crisp finish. Better than the average pale lager.

Bottle at home in London - picked up from the Paddington M&S. Pours crystal clear gold with a foamy white head. The nose has some metallic notes, light marmalade, cereal. Medium sweet flavor with some rather pleasant jammy berries, bready malts, mellow cereal, white grape, some grain, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes sweet and bready with more ripe berries, some orange citrus, light bitter hay. Pretty easy drinking stuff overall.

Bottle from M&S and drunk at home. Pours clear gold lasting ivory head. A little bready on the aroma. Clean though. Good clean crisp stinging finish. Some lemon flavour. It’s fine. Drinkable helles. Finish spice lemon is good.

Poured into a nucleated Camden Town glass. Clear gold. Thin, lasting, white head. Biscuit malts. Bit caramely. Bit burnt. Light, spicy hop. Taste is very light bitter. Palate is soft, and thin. Some burnt toffee sweetness on the close. Not for me.

Brewed by Hogs Back. 4.5%. 330ml bottle from Marks & Spencer Edinburgh Waverly. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Cooked corn aromas, faint lemon. Taste is light sweet, green, with some astringency building up. Not great.
