Bottle. Very lively pour, medium golden. Soft barnyard, crisp apple, dry wood, dead leaves, leathery. Nice balance between fruit and leathery tannins. Medium sweet. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation. Not bad at all, but not super complex or powerfull.

Bottle, 750 ml, courtesy of kajser27. Clear orange with almost no head. Apples, some weird eggs in aroma, moderate tartness. Dry.

Clear golden. Some bubbles. Old apples, sweet apples, bit mealy ones. Some marmalade, some wood. Sweet and tart juices, tannins and a little bit of drafty cellar funk to it.

Clear radiant golden colour. Aroma of apples, apple skin, light perfume. Light sweet flavour, apple, hint of grape skins. Champagne bubbles. Finish apple, apple pips, light funk, light apricot.

Glass from the bottle at a festival in The Hague. Pours clear golden with no real head. Aroma of sweet red apples, apple rind, light wood notes and light tart green apple. Flavour is over moderate sweet with a touch of sourness. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

0.75L bottle, thanks mom and dad. golden yellow colour with just a touch of haziness, lively extremly strong carbonation but pleasant and not offensive. Vinous and ripe apple aroma with just a touch of spiciness. complex flavours of ripe apples, some pears, cinamon spiciness and a touch of citrus. Medium to light sweetness, medium bodied and creamy. Aftertaste long and quite dry with a touch of sweetness. Excellent cider.
