Keg at Brewdog Newcastle. Pours clear ruby amber with a beige cap. Aroma: malt, light caramel, berries, grass. Light to medium sweet & bitter, light, fruity. Light to medium body, light carbonation.

Third by cask, second day of GBBF Winter 20, Elgar Bar. Shared with Finn. Cloudy brownish body, dotted spots from a covering beige head. Vague smell of toffee, hints of ripe fruits. Grainy fruity flavours, ashy. Short bittersweet end. Easy going. (Birmingham 05.02.2020).

21/5/2108. Cask at the Free Trade Inn, Newcastle. Pours amber brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, bread, fruit, berries and hop. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Fruity. malty, bitter finish. Quite enjoyable especially for its modest abv.

Cask (Trent House, Newcastle) - Copper with a slight haze. Dried fruit, nuts and a hint of orange in the aroma. Chocolate, orange and dried fruit all feature in the rather interesting taste.
