Gravity poured half-pint on 18th April 2015 at the Stourbridge CAMRA Beer Festival. Red hue to the amber body, creamy suds on top. Dry tasting and hoppy with some tropical fruit esters hanging around as well. Rye and a few hop varieties blend together well, could have done without the citrus feel towards the finish though.

Cask. York Tap. 2nd October. Clear amber. Bubbly, lasting, off white head. Sweet grain. Soft, jammy grapefruit. Taste sets off sweet, with a rising bitterness. Medium to full bodied. Finishes sticky sweet, and long bitter.

Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. Clear amber beer, residual pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Mild thin malts, semi sweet. Hops are mellow orange and tangerine overlaid by hop spice. Finishes light. Not bad.

Half pint, cask ale at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell. Naked surface to a clear amber coloured body. Minimal lacing. Leafy hops and bread on the nose. Taste of forest fruits and brown malts with a backdrop of citrus peels to a dry and bitter ending. Good drinking (London 23.09.2014).

On tap at La Resistencia in Barcelona. Pours a hazy caramel amber with zero head. Nose has orange and grapefruit, pear, apple, some tropical fruit. Flavor has more tropical fruit, mild perfume, apple, pear, orange, grapefruit, a little candy. Mildly bitter finish. Solid, but it looks like shit.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2014. Amber copper colour lasting beige head. I like the spicy rye flavour. Yes it has some hops. Bitter light citrus. Tasty enough. Good bitterness.

Cask @ the Hand Drawn Monkey Beer Shop, Huddersfield. Amber-brown in colour with a small off-white head. Has a full tropical fruit hopped aroma with a comparable taste although there’s a bitter kick to it here.
