Edit 01.02.2023. Can 500 ml, alc. 5.0%. Point 27 -> 32. A slightly cloudy, golden Pils with a weak and white head. Aroma is malty, notable hops, that are grassy and slightly herbal, not too much of sweetness, hint of honey. Taste is pure and strongly malty with balancing bitterness, grass and herbs, some butter, aftertaste is quite long. Light+, smooth body, nice carbonation. Pure and nicely smooth Pils with enough of bitterness, quite nice.

(Draught at SOPP’12) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grain, metallicness and hint of sulphur. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, metallicness, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. I’ve had a better version of this one.

Draught @ HBF ’11. Rated on 08.04.2011
Aroma is rather strong on butter. Also some grain and hints of grassy hops. Flavour has grainy malt, hints of hay and grassy hops. More like bohemian pilsener, not a basic pils.

On tap at the brewpub in July 2010. Golden with a small white head. Very refreshing in the great summer weather. Citrus, malt, grass. Not that much carbonation.

Draught at the brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy golden body. Sweet appley and slightly grainy nose. Ordinary. The taste is sweetish, some fruity hopiness, some apple. Bitter aftertaste. Light&watery... ah well.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy pale yelllow colour. Stable white head. Very dusty aroma, slightly sour? The flavour is quite dusty with a citric hint. Quite high bitterness which is slightly rough and does not go well with the already rough citric note. Quite rough bitterness in the aftertaste.

Big offwhite lasting creamy head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Fruity, grainy, mealy aroma with chalky grassy notes. Dry resiny fruity taste with grassy notes, very hoppy. Some sweetness. Sharpish oily dusty mouthfeel. Dry grassy straw aftertaste. (0.2l draft at brewpub.)

Draught at the brewpub. Pale yellow, minimal head. Light grassy nose. Light bodied and very dry with crisp malt underneath a thin blanket of grassy, spicy hops. Long grassy bitter finish. A good, quenching pils, which was not what I expected when the bored bartender splashed the pale yellow liquid into an oversized glass without caring, and then handed me the half full glass with a yawn.
