Alkoholhalt: 9 %

2025-03-06, bb 20130715 SIS0302 12:12, possibly vintage 2003, 22 years old, BV: 8-7.5-8-7-7.5=7.6
I'm surprised this still has carbonation; in the last 11 years this was stored in a decent cellar, not sure where I kept it before that. Aroma of caramel with a touch of roasted malt, no oxidation. Smooth mouthfeel, full bodied for the time it was brewed, but on the dry side when compared to current Imperial Stouts; gentle roasted malt flavour, with dark sugars.
It's still pleasant, and remarkably it's not oxidized.

Poured from 33cl bottle (bb 2013-07-15) from the fiulijnator cellar. Near black with small beige head. Ash, dark fruits, and a touch of soy sauce on the nose. Mild roast malt, dark fruits, held up decently for 22 years old.

330ml @ Ryan's shared with Alex.
Smells old, but pleasant enough, with dark fruit notes. Taste is along the same lines, with some sweetness and noticeable roasted malt bitterness. Good for the 22-year-old beer.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Opaque black brew with beige head and a treacherous alcohol percentage, so drink with your mind. Gently sweet and drinks very easy.

29/5/2021. Bottle courtesy of Nisse666. 2016 edition. Beer rating #13000, Region #362, Swedish beer #100. A fitting beer for a trio of landmarks and as a wise man once said “Drei Fliegen mit einer Klappe. Pours slightly murky very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma cocoa, chocolate, raisins, roasted malts, coffee, nut, caramel, biscuit, touch of blood orange. Light to moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Sweeter, milky chocolate finish. Enjoyed it.
