Aromas are slightly tart raspberries, malt and a bit floral. Flavors are similar to nose and sweet tart. Fairly straightforward basic fruit lambic. Not nearly as good as they used to be many years ago.

Bottle from Fountainhall Wines. Clear ruby body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of raspberry and cherry. Flavour of raspberry and slightly sour finish. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A tasty, not overly tart beer.

A small bottle, corked and caged, purchased from Beautiful Beers, for which many thanks, drunk at Dad’s place while home on holiday. Aroma: very close to raspberry jam. Appearance: semi-opaque Ribena, minimal pink lacing. Palate: light-bodied and rather tart, quite lively carbonation; finish is long, quite dry, sweetly acidic. Taste: lightly-sweet, plenty of fruitiness, lambic flavours definitely take second place. Good drinking, I liked this one.

Aroma of, well.....what else......raspberries. There is some slight funk, in there but not as much as i expected. This is pretty much a cross between an awful fruit lambic like Chapeau or MOrt Subite that are like drinking juice, and a Cantillon of Drie Fontainen that are very tart. This is right in the middle. just enough juice, and tart i think to agree with alot of people. A great introduction beer if someone was new to the style.

Аромат притягательный, нежный. Запах спелых фрукт и ягод. Цвет темно красный, пена отсутствует. Вкус по началу слегка першит и кислит но позже становится сладким. Отчетливо ощущается малина и земляника. Послевкусие длительное и мягкое. Местами конечно слишком приторно для меня но все же есть четкое понимание что пьешь настоящий Ламбик.

Barwa purpurowa, zmętnione, piana w kolorze jasnego różu, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie syrop z malin. W smaku niska kwaśność, lekka słodycz, piwo półwytrawne, lekkie nuty od leżakowania, wiśnia. Wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciało lekkie, piwo jest nieco pustawe, nijakie. Dość słabo.

Sensory Session #117: Cloud, Ruby color and a White head. Raspberry nose, decent sweet. Taste Is tart, fruity, raspberries and Red berries. Very nice Balance.
