The cherries and young lambic create a red beer that is both natural and fresh, with an absolutely unforgettable sweet and sour taste. This is kriek as it should be, with nothing but real cherries and lambic. There is no place for artificial colourings or flavourings.

Bottle from Tesco (2022) and Great Grog (2026), and keg from Brauhaus (2025). Clear ruby body with a pale pink head. Low carbonation. Aroma of red apple, strawberry laces and fresh cherries. Flavour of cherry cola, boiled sweets and a sharp, slightly sour finish. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. There’s a nice sweet-and-sour vibe to this. Tangy and delicious.

Aromas are tart cherries, malt and culture. Flavors are similar to nose, add in a bit of cinnamon and a touch floral. Good balance between tart, sweet and bitter. Good but not great.

Color granate oscuro, priva de espuma. Aroma muy natural e intenso a cereza madura, con notas de cuero y establo. En boca el aporte frutal se siente natural y jugoso , poco carbonatada, acidez muy moderada, ligeramente agridulce, muy agradable. Rica

well this was interesting..........
Dark dark red, very thin pink head.
Aroma is of cherries, and vanilla.
Very soft lambic, not much tartness at all, its quite sweet, actually a little too sweet. Not what i was expecting, tastes very much of dark overripe cherries, and not sour at all. Would be very nice on a hot summer day.

Аромат классный, хотя есть нотки химозы, но все таки очень приятный. Спелая вишня пробивается сквозь коровник, но не сильный, сухость сразу, как будто компот. Цвет тоже привлекательный, весьма глубокий, вишневый, но пенка розовая держалась не долго. Все начинается со вкуса все же пива спонтанного брожения, а то бишь, коровника, но не сильного, затем сразу сладкая вишня. Послевкусие сухость, немного травянистости даже, но вишня все равно не первом плане, хотя без косточки. В целом очень приятно.

375ml bottle from Waitrose in Jersey, pours deep red with small pink head. Aromas & tastes of cherry & hints of marzipan. Medium body. Dry tart finish. Very enjoyable

375ml bottle, my first lambic. Deep purple, small pink head, circular retention. Big sweet cherry fruity aroma, nice and fresh. Taste is lovely fresh cherry juice, modest acidic, marzapan, a dry slight bitter tangy finish. Medium bodied, slight syrup note but refreshing with a nice carbonation. Very tasty.
