Espresso, toffee, burnt pecans, and light maraschino. Dry and roasty, with a strong, abrasive bitterness. Heavy, grainy, and astringent. Brash and hard, but quality.

Black with a dark brown head - Dark malt , chocolate and some wood barrel notes in the aroma - Dark malt body with chocolate and coffee flavours that gives bitterness and wood barrel flavours as well - Dark malt flavours with chocolate , coffee and bitterness goes into a long finish with some barrel notes in the back - This was real good

Can at Szajol, courtesy of Dave, kossz faszi. Pours pitch black with a beige head. Nose is molasses, berries, coffee and dark chocolate with some boozy sweetness. Taste is sweet n boozy, showing dark chocolate, earthy notes, roasted malts, coffee and molasses. Closes with a long lasting, warmingly boozy, sweetish finish, has a medium to big, somewhat creamy body and soft carbonation. Solid stout.

Bottle from Beerdome. Hard roasted aroma with chocolate, dark chocolate, syrup, coffee, some alcohol, and liquorice. Flavour is sticky sweet and quite bitter. Full bodied. Boozy and sweet with syrupy notes, roasty with chocolate, good one.

Bomber at my brother's. Black, silky pour, ring of brown around. Aroma is roasty, sweet and boozy. Tasteroasty, sweet. continues with sweet notes, perhaps a bit too sweet. Booziness continues into the taste, sweet, chocolate.
