It is a regular and common amber ale, perfect to start a night or a tasting operation. The taste is rather dry and malty, nuts, toffee, 21.04.18, Bonne-Espérance with Guillaume.

Great malt red. Barely any bitterness, just great. How it should be done. Clean and fresh. Helped that out was from a fridge in a norway supermarket. Top notch For the stout

Light brown with a fleeting, foamy head. Aroma mostly grains, caramel and nuts. Taste is bittersweet with some ashy bitterness at the finish. Body to the light side of medium, texture a touch watery. Middle of the road stuff.

Clear copper with small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is caramel and some bread.

Can. Pours clear amber with a beige head. Dark bread, caramel, bit of nuttiness. Not bad.

I had a tall Pilsner glass of Rallar Amber Ale at the lounge on the ship traveling from Oslo to Kristiansand. It arrived an inviting dark amber liquid completed with a steady head of light foam. The nose was wheat bread and malt. I tasted pecans, caramel, a touch of vanilla, a fair maltiness and mahogany.
