Many years ago, a mysterious book was discovered by a group of friends in a Ferndale, MI basement. Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours clear pale yellow/golden. Aroma is very floral, honey, mango sweetness, light peppery thing going on. Taste is mango sweetness, tart pears, honey, peppery.

Tap @ Koht, Tallinn. Pours almost transparent, yellow-hued liquid. Nose has some honey, hint of spices, baby puke. Not the greatest nose actually. Taste I actually like. Mango comes out first, sort of dried sugary mango character, some fruitiness and after that fades and sweetness comes down, black pepper heat picks up. Not really hot but mild burn continues into the finishing linger. Weird but definitely enjoyable.

Tap at koht. Pours golden. Aroma is honey, floral, fruits. Flavor is sweet, sour, fruits, mango, chili, floral. Finish is sweet and sour. Body is on the thin side. Overall: ok.

Bottle from World Market. Pours clear very pale gold with a little bit of fizzles. Aroma is mango, somewhat rotten, BO, very light honey. Flavor is sweet mango, honey, grass, black pepper (light - first couple sips I didn't get it).

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clear golden straw color with a no head. Light honey, grass and Honeycrisp apple nose.Mango comes out as it warms.
