This a decent blond beer with a cloudy appearance and a lightly sour start, but the bitter takes over and makes it enjoyable.

Golden color with a touch of orange. Yeasty, chalky and hoppy aroma with a touch of citrus. Yeasty flavor with, again, some citrus, licorice and anis.

Hazy medium golden colour, good creamy white head, good retention. Aroma sweet malts, grainy, light yeast, some lemon. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy, bit yeasty, light lemon. Dryish sweetbitter aftertaste, spicy notes, nice refreshing blond.

Bottle shared by friends, thanks! Bit hazy golden with white head. Dry pils malts, a little yeast, fresh grass, a hint of lime, soft bread, apricot peel, a touch of orange. Medium sweet, bitter and bodied. Slight dry finish. Surprisingly nice.

On tap at Stadsbrouwhuis, Leiden - Clear golden body, thick appealing white head. Nose is rather grassy, with citrus undertones. That is knocked out in the taste, clean fresh citrus, long spicy yeast finish.

0.33 l bottle from ’Wines & More’ (Leiden), best before November 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a large, foamy, almost stable, white head. A bit sweetish, moderately grassy and slightly spicy-fruity aroma of straw, some grains and hints of citrus. Sweetish, slightly fruity-grassy and a bit spicy taste of straw, some citrus, even hints of grapefruit and a bit of grains, followed by a short, moderately grassy-bitter and a little dry finish. Medium body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Easily drinkable, no rocket science but at least quite refreshing.
