Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgium, March 2011 consumed Sunday 9th October 2011 Golden in colour with a large billowing white head, though this shrunk quite quickly. Touch grainy and sweet were my first impressions. Soft in mouth, little spiciness, little bit of vanilla at back of mouth, nice carbonation, quite good body, but there does feel like a light lageryness to this, some pilsner malt or saaz hops maybe? 20/05/2011 75cl bottle @ home - BB: 21/12/12 (2011-217)

Little cloudy pale yellow beer, white creamy head, stable and adhesive. Aroma: candi sugar, citrus notes, bit chemical. MF: good carbon, full body, bit creamy texture. Taste: lots of citrus firts, then sweet alcohol and sugar, hop bitterness but still fruity. Aftertaste: clearly a lot of citrus, even a bit sour, turning to a pleasant bitter and dry ending. The ending is way better than the start of this beer.
