Cask at Droom. An attractive clear honey gold orange coloured pour with a steadfast loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, sweet, leafy, light grass, earthy stale Rye bread. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready, light sharp lemon rind, light grass,. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, excellent cask condition. Nice.

Draught at BXL Beer Fest.
Amber-brownish body, with no head.
Aroma of overripe fruits, moderate funk, some cheese, leather, some sugar.
Tastes similar, with a bit more funk.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a flat carbonation.
Finishes medium sweet, a bit funky, leathery, with ripe fruits, slight sugar.
Very nice. More on the sweet side of course, but really well balanced, drinks fresh and not too sugary, with a good amount of Funk. Definitely among the best Faros in my opinion.

Cask pour at the Taproom. Pours hazy dark orange golden with an off white head. Aroma: barnyard, candy sugar, caramel, apples. Taste: light to moderate sweet - but not overdone, moderate acidity, orange citrus, peach, apples, lemon, hay, woody oak. Light to medium body, soft carb, sweetish finish. One of the better faro style lambics I've sampled, not too sweet
