J'ai été surpris de voir la note de cette Brice sur ratebeer car la bière que j'ai bue est une bière blonde tout à fait agréable et bien équilibrée. Mais ma version titre à 6,8 % (et 22 d'IBU) ce qui me fait dire que la brasserie a modifié sa recette (avec succès donc). Le visuel est sur un blond doré limpide avec de grosses bulles et une mousse blanche ne nappant pas toute la surface. Le nez est tout en douceur sur une alliance de fleur, pêche, banane, céréales et miel. En bouche, on retrouve ce voile qui parcourt la bouche, sans agressivité et avec une relative belle harmonie. Une très légère astringence et acidité sont présentes sans que cela soit perturbants. L'alcool, à 6,8 % est impeccable et corpulence et longueur sont appréciables. Une bonne surprise.

330ml bottle [thanks Bernd!]. Slightly cloudy, dark yellow-ish to orange, golden colour with average, frothy, stable, minimally lacing, white head. Rather weak, yeasty fruity aroma, hints of yellow stone fruit, apricot, mirabelle, a touch of protein, herbal-spicy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish and spicy malty, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, hints of yellow stone fruit, apricot, mirabelle, increasing spiciness with light ginger and liquorice root aspects, salmiac pastilles. Watery texture, rather indifferent, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather sweet but still balanced, nice mixture of of fruity and spicy aspects - not bad.

Dark blond to amber in colour. Aroma and flavour have a sweetish herb or spice that is not to my taste. Maybe it's Gale or Bay Leaf or soapy green cardamom.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of strong yellow fruits, pale malt, yeast. Taste of yellow fruits, strong pale malt, champagner yeast, some grapes and apples.

Golden color with tiny lumps of yeast floating. Orange glue-like aroma. Vinous mandarin flavor. Band aids, glue. Very low on carbon, but with lots of citrusfruit. Not unpleasant, but far from perfect.
