Bottle/Fest. A- Bland, mild apple. A- Gold color, clear liquid, no head. T- Honey, apple juice. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Definite honey in here, which is nice to take away that bland cider taste. Really sweet, but not bad overall.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this cider poured a dark amber color with a trace soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aorma was apple, honey, a touch off and had notes of cantelope and bubblegum. The flavor was sweet, sugar, tangy canelope and tart apple peel. Long finish.. Medium body. Solid.

On tap at Republic 7C. Pours a clear gold with a yellow hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma combines sweet apple and honey with a touch of dryness. Flavor has a harsh sweet apple note with honey growing through the cider and some flora in the finish. A bit syrupy.

bottle - Pours clear gold and smells of ripe apples. It’s definitely a sweet cider. Honey. Refreshing but sweeter than I’d like. Very straightforward.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a wine glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a rapidly dissipating bubbly white head that left no lacing.
The smell had some apple cider aromas around what seemed to be ginger and a light honey.
The taste was exactly the same.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly harsh carbonation pounding my tongue. \"Ouch, what did I do to you? \" It came across pretty dry as well. I don’t find this too sessionable either.
Overall, uh...good for a cider but nothing I’d have again.

Bottle. So, I lied when I said I wouldn’t rate any more Ace ciders, and I’m wishing I had kept my word. This one started out badly with a horrible rotten milk and honey aroma. How the hell did these folks manage to get apples and honey to smell like bad milk? The appearance was clear gold with no head, per usual for cider. It didn’t taste quite as bad as it smelled, but there was definitely something off with this one. Sweet lactic flavor, honey, and artificially tart windfall apple flavor -- pretty much on par with the rest of the Ace ciders I’ve tried. Light body, moderate carbonation. Honestly, this one is also taking a bit of a hit since I’ve been drinking some phenomenal McClure’s ciders lately.

Pours clear, bubbly gold with a small white head. Aroma is mostly honey, with a slight apple tang. Taste is honey, apple, ... a slightly caramel/peanut butter/ apple hint. Very rich and tasty.

Odd slightly musty aroma with a honey olfactory. Not as brown as described but certainly darker than most ciders. Very good taste with a honey backbone. This honey is not fermented out. Goes down real easy, fun and easy. Yes, a very friendly drink. Wasn’t sure I’d like the hney in there but this comes across rather enjoyable. Verey little if any detectable alky in this brew.

Same Sly Fox pint glass. Clear, slight amber color. Minerally & medicinal aroma. Mott’s & a little burnt sugar. A little vegetabley on the nose too. Could this be just their peary with some stale caramel?... Taste is really mild compared to their other ciders. Sweetness starts the same as the rest of their sugary candy, but it’s muted a bit. I get some canned apple pie filling. It follows with a noticeable roll of honey, that’s a little toasted even. Feel is a touch thicker, with quite a bit less carbonation. It dries out on the end some, leaving remnants of honey & some relieving bitterness.
