The spring bock gets its special character from the combination of our own malt recipe and lemon balm, which lends the beer a hint of freshness. It has a pleasant, mild finish, with some mild bitterness.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy amber colour with a medium white head. Smells unfresh, herbs and spices, malts. Tastes some banana, sweet, candy. Not my beer. Medium body, soft carbo.

On tap at NHBF’13. Hazy golden amber colour, thin white head. Aroma is sweet, sugar, fruits, light citrus. Flavour is also quite sweet, sugary, yeast, light citrus, quite fruity, sweet finish with light plastic notes. Light-bodied, and still too young. Light carbonation.
