Cask at the St. Ives 'Booze on the Ouse' beer festival, 2017. Pours amber with a small bubbly off white head. Aroma of light ginger, toffee, rose petals and hop. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Finish is slightly spicy and peppery.

Cask @ St Ives Boozeon the Ouse festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, rich ginger, little cinnamon, malt and hops. Nice sweet ginger finish.

Halifax & Calder Beer Festival 2015. Golden coloured ale. The ginger is very light, but does offer enough distinctiveness to give it a tryable character. Lightly spiced, it’s a pleasantly palatable brew.

Cask at Ealing. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Ginger present. Average light bitter finish. oily palate.

Cask (Queen’s Arms, Basingstoke) - Amber in colour. The aroma has ginger, malt and some hops. The taste is full of ginger notes which give a warming, but not overwhelming kick. Quite tasty.

29th May 2008. Mid brown beer. Distinct ginger presence that is not overpowering. Fairly hoppy as well.

Cloudy amber with a small white head. Straight fresh ginger aroma with no sign of beer. Ginger tea flavour with a hot finish

Cask. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is ginger and some mild notes of wood. Flavour is ginger, some flowery hops and mild notes of malts. Too gingery to be properly enjoyed.

Clear amber with medium off white head. Sweet spicy aroma with loads of ginger. Sweet flavor with ginger, malty and caramel notes.

Cask at aberdeen Beer festival ... Golden orange ... ginger nose ... bit thin hopped ... some bitterness. not up to much
