Cellar run cask condition Ship & Mitre BF April 08. Orange/copper with thin beige head. Lots of ginger on the aroma. Hot, real stem ginger in mouth. Not unsubtle, not unbalanced. Lost a bit of condition maybe, but it’s got good stem ginger flavours. bit biscuity. I like ginger and I found this beer to be intense, but balanced, biscuity and highly drinkable. Stinging ginger on finish.

Amber color. Delicate ginger aroma. Some malt and ginger taste, well balanced. One of the few good ginger beers I tasted.
