Amber/copper colour with a small white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, toffee, some dark fruit notes. Flavour is malty caramel sweetness. Well-balanced, a bit dry. Nice winter seasonal.

12oz can from Boise Coop. Well out of season but this is one I've been looking for. Light amber pour, medium foamy head. Toasty caramel aroma with a hint of chai spice. Taste is more caramel, some light leathery and tobacco notes, and finishes with a bit of dryness. Not overly winter-y, just a solid malty brew.

Creamy light brown head left a spotty cover on an unclear reddish brown still body. Malt, demerara, spices & berry aroma. Medium bodied, lovely carbonation, smooth on the back & a cloying aft - excellent! Malt, syrup, Christmas spices, brown sugar, Molasses & caramel tastes with slightly fruity finish.

What a fantastic malt forward amber beer with a good maple forward flavour. Very low bitterness makes this beer perfect. online saveaur bier bottle

Spice/Herb/Vegetable? I'd call it an amber ale. Pours a nice dark amber color with a beige head and great retention. Limited lacing. Light spice aroma. Light spice taste too with a caramel amber ale finish. Medium heavy body. Pretty good. Can't taste the 6.9 ABV.
