Fourth Wave is the version of that beer brewed with single-origin Stumptown Coffee and aged for 10 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels. The name is a tribute to the latest era of the artisan coffee movement, which treats coffee as an artisan foodstuff and agricultural product. We think of our beer in the same way, and it’s no surprise that great coffee and great beer make such a fantastic pair.

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark mahogany with light to moderate head. Aromas of dry oaky bourbon, gin barrel, toasted malts, and raisins. Flavors of toasty oak, clean bourbon, earthy coffee, dark fruit and bread crust. A nice balance of flavors

Tasty coffee lager, it's light and smooth but oh so flavorful, dangerous combo with 9.6abv too. Damn flavor packed lager! Also makes it perfect for any weather. Not to heavy at all for summer. Caramel, vanilla, coffee. Delicious.

Bottle @ tasting with Caesar and Jerohen. Clear amber color, decent to medium sized off-white to beige head. Heavy coffee aroma. Flavor is malts, coffee, chocolate, bourbon, sweetish a bit. Decent to medium body, medium carbonation. Solid and quite interesting.

Pours a hazy brown, kind of like an iced coffee with just a small splash of milk, thick pillowy cream colored head lasts. Aroma is somewhat white russian-y, coffee, booze. Similar flavor but not overpowering, well-balanced and nice. A well done coffee beer that's not immediately heavy, like the various coffee porters and stouts. Pretty good beer.

Draught. Amber colour with medium head. Aroma is bourbon, with a bit of coffee. Flavour is also bourbon with coffee. Coffee finish.

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out fragrant coffee beans upfront, followed by bourbon barrels and some vanilla. Flavour is complex and deep, with kids of coffee beans, bourbon and vanilla. Wonderfully integrated, with a great coffee and bourbon combination. Excellent.

Bomber. Pours a clear amber color with a medium white head. A huge coffee nose, rich, vanilla. Really not getting much bourbon here which is surprising considering the 10 months in heaven hill. Big rich coffee, light malty sweetness. Caramel, toffee, more creamy coffee. Good. But the coffee is so strong is even overpowers the barrel.
