Bottle. Color: Orange golden, off- white head. Aroma: Malt, yeast, straw, orange. Taste: Moderate sweet, slightly sour and medium bitter. Yeast, a bit of funk and barnyard, notes of orange, caramel, white sugar, straw. Bittery finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Take your time for this beer to enjoy the nice complexity and balance. Enjoyable.

Thanks jinroh for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing deep amber with no head. The nose shows moderately intense mix of cannabis, dry pine, light lemon, and herbaceous forward character. The palate is moderately carbonated and light bodied. Lightly tart and highly herbaceous throughout followed by a moderate bitterness on the end.

CBS vertical tasting @ Tim's. Nice orange pour, lightly hazy. Very Belgian nose, some foam on top, super Belgian. Candy sugar. Taste has some good bitterness, herbal and some medicinal herbs there. Quite bitter and not very funky. Dry herbal bitter finish. Interesting one for sure.

Light amber color. Dried apricots, spelt, horse blanket in the nose. Very dry. The body is heavier than expected, very funkynwith wildflowers. A bit all of the place. Modest hoppiness. Good but doesn’t blow me away

0.75l bottle thanks to Cristobal37. Hazy orange body with a white head. Aroma of lemon zest, pepper, honey and lots of citrusy hops. Taste of hay, lemon zest, pepper, grass and citruses. Quite generously hopped saison. Very nice.

Very hazy orange colour, large dense and quite stable white head; aroma of wine cellar, coriander, candied lemon zest and maybe some minimal dried apricot; taste has the same notes with significant amount of hoppy bitterness; great saison; thank you very much, my friend, Cristobal!

Hazy yellow with little white head. Aroma is citrus, yuzu, hustensaft, slight leather, coriander, other spices. Taste is very bitter, but still drinkable, hoppy leaves, some bonbon juice. Not bad.
