Slightly hoppy aroma, blond color, slightly bitter attack that develops into a fruity mouthfeel, pineapple genre, hop addition well balanced between bitterness and aromatic perception.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow, with an off white. Aroma is citrus and hoppy. The taste is sweet and hoppy, finishes a bit metallic.

Draught Hazy peach colour with a very dense, fine and persistent off-white head. Hoppy nose, and a bit oppressive aroma, part ureum, part unfermentable sugars, part... old cookies? Hoppy with a very meaty flavour - like Mortadella. It imposes on more hoppy, and also grainy taste. Ureum again, and I can’t get used to it. Too young? Medium bodied. Sticky ending. Way too yeast-determined. Meat esters abound to a great problem.
